"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"We've just checked out after staying there during Paris' extream heatwave. No matter how lower I set the AC, its temperature won't go down than 25 or 26 degree. When I reached out to the managing team, they said that it is the best when considering the outside temperature almost 40 degree. So we had to endure the mediocure room temperature eventhough we paid quite alot for the room. We checked in another hotel and found its AC is working perfect and very comfortable. "This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe. "The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants...

"For some reason, we did not receive the check-in email with instructions and the link. Luckily I have stayed here before and had the whatsapp and was able to message my confirmation number to get the check-in link. Otherwise, the stay was excellent. The location and proximity to the Chatalet station is convenient."
