We've pulled together all the info you need to make your journey a stress-free experience. Follow our tips and tricks and you'll be breezing through airport security and having a blast in Agri in no time. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Flying can be a great experience if you pack the right stuff. First things first, you'll need basic toiletry items, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush and some deodorant, a clean set of clothes and a good read. Next, find room in your bag for your laptop, a charger, medications and perhaps a cosy neck pillow as well. Last, but definitely not least, don't forget to take your passport, travel docs and some cash.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Make sure you don't have a Swiss Army knife hiding in the bottom of your hand luggage. Other prohibited items include flammable or explosive substances, such as fuel and matches, and gels and liquids in containers larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres).
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your number one priority when choosing what to wear on your flight. Loose, breathable clothing is a sensible choice, as are flat, slightly roomy shoes.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) can pose a risk on long-distance flights. It's the result of blood clotting due to inactivity and poor circulation, so do some gentle foot and leg exercises in your seat and consider wearing compression tights or socks.
