"The property is located in a great spot in Chelsea. The house is from the mid 1800’s and has a ton of charm. The rooftop had a very nice view. The staff was incredible! From Matthew and Giovanni the concierges, to Hashim and Leo in the breakfast room. The big disappointment was the upkeep of the building and cleanliness of the room. The walls are chipped and paint is cracked from objects hitting the walls. That is something that should be addressed on a weekly basis, to keep the place looking Our room was very nice, with tapestry hanging over the bed. The bad thing is that it was covered in dust. Regardless of these missteps, we loved our stay! It was conveniently located to buses, the metro and eateries and shopping."

"Clean and beautiful room. In a nice residential neighborhood. Concierge Daniel was most helpful and hospitable and gave us a tour of the hotel regarding a bit of history and its artwork. Also, we enjoyed the Cadogan Garden tour provided by Daniel also. He made our stay pleasurable. We also liked the big bowl of fruit and plenty of bottled water in the room."

"Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"This is a charming, new hotel. As long as stairs are not a problem for you this is a great place to explore London from the West Side. It is walkable to the Thames and bus stops were everywhere. There is a charming pub on the first floor and the staff is all friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely and I was very happy with my stay!"

"Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. Elegant and classy. Only 36 rooms. The location could not be surpassed: perfection. Walking distance from the action but on a beautiful residential street steps away from a pedestrian street offering everything you could possibly want to eat and drink: bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, cheese shop… love it! Feels like staying in a beautiful home instead of in a hotel. And the staff is super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"
