Staff were excellent, all pleasant and helpful. I received a free upgrade to a spa room, which was appreciated, and parking was charged at the rate indicated when I booked the hotel (price has increased since then). Bed was super comfortable! Close to free tram on North Tce, which was handy to get to and from the Entertainment Centre...
