Everyone from the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport at 3 am, to the breakfast staff member, who recommended a great dinner place, to the front desk staff member, who granted us a late checkout, made our stay great."

Granted we were a bit lucky with clear conditions and aurora activity, but we could literally walk outside the lodge and see the lights in action! "Nice, clean room, friendly staff. I didn’t use the airport shuttle. A little breakfast till 11am. No coffeemaker in the room, but free coffee at the reception office. "

"Absolute worst TV ever. Owners too cheap to buy enough bandwidth to keep ,TV from constantly buffering, no content, etc. I mean, really? We don't stay in hotels for the TV, but when we have downtime we want to be able to watch with a minimum of interruptions/failures. Our last night we ended up using our tablet to watch uninterrupted TV. Also, ever hear of inside stairwells? They are really nice in sub-zero temperatures, especially with luggage or shopping to take to the third floor."
