"Great staff & room. Breakfast was disappointing this time - ran out of items very early - (within first hour) no bottled milk, no muffins. Extremely unusual for this location "
"One star because yes it is a clean hotel. I would not suggest staying more than 1 night and I wouldnt consider it kid friendly. Both neighbors were up partying, screaming, and yelling at each other until 3am. Yes it was a Saturday night, so have fun, but when there are people screaming outside your door and hitting the door everytime they walk by.... you would think the staff (4 feet away) would take care of it. At one point of the night, there were groups of people sitting in their cars with doors open, blasting music and later, grown men yelling and fighting in the parking lot. All the noise continued until 5/6am. Also, they make it very clear you will be charged $100 fine if you smoke in the room.... went to the bathroom, cigarette smoke was rolling out the vent from a nearby room, we had to keep the bathroom door closed throughtout the stay. Like I said, clean, but there isn't any standards on how customers should behave after 12am. "
"Check in was fine.
Pool could be used in an "end of the world" movie...chairs, a ladder are in the pool (no water in the pool) looks like fixing the pool has been years in the making. Room had no extra security lock on the door. Mold behind the door and inside the picture frame on the picture on the wall. Had to send hubby to front desk for towels. Towel rack is falling off the wall. No light bulb in lamp over the desk. No phone in room if we needed the front desk. Only 2 pillows? No breakfast as stated. It was quite though."
"The staff were nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the walls in the rooms are paper thin. When we first arrived we had people next to us that were super loud, cigarette burns in the bedding along with stains, water damage throughout the room including the peeling headboards, and a bad mildew smell. I did request to move and the staff were more than happy to move us. In our new room, the AC stopped working halfway through the night, the doors were hardly closing, and the smell was worse than before. About 1:30in the morning our new neighbors decided to bring the party back to their room and proceeded the smoke weed in there and party until 5am! By the morning our room really smelled. Needless to say it was a horrible night and we couldn’t get out fast enough. "
