My room was clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. A great bonus is the organized shuttle service to the cruise port for a small fee, which made the whole process effortless. "We got there at 1:30Am we were in transit since 4pm. I was very thirsty I ask if they had complimentary water she said rudely no I have to drink the water from the washroom faucet. We tried asking her if there was anywhere we can get some food and water around her she was very rude and said she don’t know. We are from Canada so we do not know that area. Breakfast was very very minimal. The picture of the hotel we saw online was not the same when we got there it’s very run down. The list goes on but I don’t have any more time to spend on that. Life goes on"
