"I went by the rating looking for a place to layover. I didn't believe an off-the-interstate, lesser brand motel would live up to the hype. It did! The only downfall was the motel odor found in every motel across the country, it seems. Great bed. Soft carpet. Clean, efficient shower. The kindest staff. A real delight when needed a place to sleep for the night."

"Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs"

"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"Room was dark, small window so no natural lighting. Lamps and overhead lights not sufficient. Disappointed that breakfast ends at 10am"
