"We stayed one night and enjoyed the waterpark the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, plus they were well staffed in all areas! Almost every waterpark section had 2 lifeguards. The room was spacious and clean. An attendant asked if we needed anything in the morning. The waterpark was above my expectations! It’s bigger than it seems and the little touches were noticed. Like the water basketball, the baby/toddler cove and the towel bar. The wave pool with huge flat screen was fun....

"Excellent location very relaxing environment with nice sized rooms"

"Room was clean, liked the setting"

"First time staying at a casino hotel. Everything was accessible. The smoke odor was very bad even in the “Smoke-free areas”"

"I can’t even explain how special the hotel staff made my daughter feel for her 13th birthday! Sam was the sweetest lady we’ve ever met and made her feel special from the first minute we were checking in. She even had a card made that said happy birthday with the hotel staff writing little notes to her. The hotel room was cozy and clean and the perfect spot to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again. We love and appreciate you Sam!! Thank you to all staff."

"Attended a concert at the Paycom and it was so convenient to just be able to walk over and back. Definitely recommend if you have any events at the Paycom or surrounding area, was also within walking distance to lots of good restaurants."

"We only stayed one night in one of the suites with a jacuzzi, but it was great. The staff was very helpful. The room itself was much roomier than it even looked online and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again if I have an opportunity."
