"We were very disappointed with our stay at Wyndham Grand OKC! When I booked 2 Rooms for 4 nights I was told that I could NOT use my reward points because the hotel was almost Sold Out! Is says nowhere in any of my Guidelines that Reward Points Cannot be used if property is near full! It had skeleton crew! We booked for 2 handicap rooms and when we got to our rooms neither one were Handicap & my Sister In-Law fell in the bathroom because of lack of grab bars and no handicap toilet height. The AC was not cooling so Front Desk employee moved us to another room. One elevator was not working. The entire hotel is worn & dated with peeling wallpaper, dirty carpets and furniture was worn down and dirty. Many of the giant light fixtures were not working and dark areas of lobby. No lights at entrance on the outside so people didn’t know where to enter building and you couldn’t see well. The restaurant did not open on time so we had to walk across the street to the Sheridan Hotel to eat breakfast before our train left. The coffee shop closed at 9:30 but they had very little on the shelves and pastry cases were empty. The ONLY thing about this Hotel is their Amazing staff! Upon arrival the Front Desk clerk working on getting us the rooms we needed for over an hour! The AC man came to look at unit but it still wasn’t working. Audrey; the girl in the Bar was very polite and provided us with what we ordered and came back several time to reserve & see what we needed. Worst Hotel Ever!"

"Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving. Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights and no curtain to shut any of that out. Also the shower water would not adjust to anything but scalding hot. The next morning I went to the desk and said we could not stay another three nights in that room. A nicer lady then let me see a room in the back side that was much nicer. It was away from even parking lot noise, had a curtain to block light and the water even adjusted to our liking. I think the first lady I dealt with just didn’t like me and tried to punish me with a terrible room. That room also had a serious safety problem that I reported. The electrical outlets were so old and worn that cords would not stay plugged in or would not make electrical connections. This can create heat and cause fires. "

"The main thing I liked about the hotel, was that there was several restaurants on the property, didn’t have to worry about having drinks, and driving or spending money on Uber. Plenty of good bars and restaurants on the property. Fun place."

"The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic when we arrived. They talked to me about the property and actually had drawn a complete map of the hotel. Very impressed with his Customer Service"
