The rooms were very quiet and clean. The shower was amazing and had excellent water pressure. The bed was VERY comfortable. My one and only complaint is the pillows, but I'm also picky about that so it isn't really a real complaint.

Front desk staff were amazing. We had issues with our flight which was canceled and delayed our arrival, which was not in control of the hotel/staff. However, they worked out to help accommodate us during a very exhausting moment. My attitude wasn't the best after 4 hr flight turned into half day's travel and I was not faulting the property or staff at all. They handled and solved a rough situation for us. We will never forget their hospitality. Thank you!

I had a great stay at the Aloft. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a shopping center, and a mall, all within walking distance. The pool area was clean and inviting, and I especially enjoyed the fire pit by the pool—it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Made a stressful time easier

Everything was so great, and every single employee went above and beyond to help us. There was a water main break nearby, so our second night had issues with there being water… so the employees gave us so much bottled water and made sure we could stay comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Friendly service and easy perks

The Aloft at Quail Springs is so welcoming. Easy to book, contact and Easy to check in Secure, Modern, but most of all hospitality. Hands down the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in. We have our friends and family come to hang out at the swimming pool or inside by the games and wonderful bar.
