The room was average. Our second day there the housekeeping left our room, oddly disorganized. They had moved furniture around and also left our TV remotes on the ground and just other random weird things. I addressed this with the front desk and the lady there told me that that is unusual and that she didn’t understand how that could’ve happened. I would’ve at least expected a basic apology, but she just deflected the whole thing.
The rooms could use some updating specifically in the shower, where the grout is not in great shape. The valet was wonderful and the gentleman there were very helpful. As one of the nicer hotels in Tulsa, I would just say that the overall experience was mediocre. We had asked for water to get delivered to our room multiple times and then finally the night manager went and did it himself.
We did enjoy the bar inside of the hotel and the service was excellent there. The food was also very good.
