"The biggest problem I had was when I noticed there was a pile of chips underneath the side of one of the beds.The front desk personnel was very apologetic and sent housekeeping to completely clean the room again. We left for a few hours and returned to a clean room, I thought. The pile of chips were still in the same spot. I notified the same person at the front desk and she apologized again. No resolution. We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of...

"We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, except the pool was out of service due to a pump issue. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. It wasn’t advertised that the pool was not available. We were disappointed."

"Everything was good other than our room ac was not working but the lady at the desk put us right across the hall and it was great ."

"The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal."

"Front desk gentleman was nice and friendly. That was the only positive thing about this establishment. Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on. "My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 5 for five nights. We absolutely loved it. Our room had a lovely kitchen with everything except an oven and it was stocked with whatever you might need. The rooms, lobby, pool, etc were all very clean. We loved the pool and games available for the kids, and the pool was open 6a-10p. The staff were LOVELY! They were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back each time we visit family in Lawton!"

"Good for a quick stay if needed. Cleaning was done, but behind the nightstand it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. The pool was also out of order when we stayed and the breakfast left a lot to be desired."

"Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining."
