"This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay."

"No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly."

"We checked in and on the way to our 1st floor room saw the exterior door wide open for anyone to come in. We entered our room to a terrible smell. The window lock was broken so it could be opened from inside or outside. We changed rooms and the next room had a big smash in the door reminding me of The Shining movie. Bed base frame was broken and the “leather” sit down ottoman was ripped for about 12 inches. Didn’t try the continental breaksfast but it looked quite “old”. I wouldn’t stay...

"The room was clean and nice. The AC vent needed to be cleaned, it had mildew on it. The "closet" area was small, but we made the space in the room work for us. Staff was super friendly and very helpful."

"The only thing lacking is the free breakfast. There is an upcharge for breakfast so we opted to just go out to eat. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Absolutely love the living room area section to allow for visiting other than sitting on the bed. This was a repeat stay and we will most definately stay there again."

"Hi, I didn't like that there was no full length mirror in the room. The toilets are very low. Apparently, there was no accessibility room with bars for the toilet area, I was told. I particularly liked that there was a window to open to let in fresh air. I liked the daily cleaning and towel replacement in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you"

"Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-("

"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."
