We were very excited about the vinyl collection and record players but disappointed that they were in very bad condition and thus seemed like a gimmick. "Pros: Check in was very easy. The person at the desk was welcoming and made the process very smooth. The room was clean and common area were also clean and appeared well maintained. Cons: There is no onsite parking, which was listed but I didn't realize at the time I booked. There is a very expensive parking garage around the corner. The room we had was much smaller than I expected, considering the price I paid for my booking."

"The room was so small. As a muscular person with broad shoulders, I had a difficult time maneuvering inside the small bathroom. The sink area was so small I could not fit in the space. The place is located in a homeless area and it felt scary at times walking to and from and even during the night. There is not elevator in the building so front end staff had to help me carry my big luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. The mini AC unit in the room made so much noise during the night I found it...

"Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good...

"The service was exceptional from front desk, to doorman, to in room dining. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were very clean and have essentials ike shampoo, hair dryer, and extra things like robes. Also brought up a mini fridge for personal items. Never told that the mini bar had sensors on it."

"We traveled from Mexico for our first visit to Toronto and had a wonderful stay. The suite was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Our trip was memorable, and we were very happy that we chose to stay here."
