"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"I’ll lead with the good stuff. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Everything else was really subpar for our normal experiences with this chain.
Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls.
Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain. "

"Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested."
