"Property was very pet friendly and staff were wonderful. There were however issues with the room which impacted our stay. The mattress was very hard and pillows soft and lumpy. Due to this our quality of sleep was very poor. The rooms did not come with a small fridge which would have been helpful as chilled food had to be taken to reception each time. There was no ironing board in the room and no telephone so each time you needed something you had to take a long walk to reception and back. Apart...

"The heating in the room was broken so couldn’t be turned off, and the fridge was broken so wouldn’t stay cool. Overall the room was very clean and tidy and the kids loved the big bunkbeds "

"The place feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, room is tiny, bed is absolutely awful. Check on was basic and the whole thing feels poorly handled. Stay elsewhere if you can, the only plus is it’s near the station, but yeah, it’s a dump. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was close to Oxford, had everything we needed and was located in a beautiful setting. We hope to return and stay longer!"
