"Breakfast was good . Clean"

"The beds were comfy. The dining are is well designed and the waffles were yummy. You do need to get to breakfast early. The pool was fun. Having a fridge and microwave is very convenient. The location is great. Parking was simple. The staff were attentive and friendly. The pool area would be next level with the addition of a few palm plants. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"Terrible couldn't sleep. Dog next door barking all night. Guy puts dog outside it's growling at my door couldn't get out of fly infested room staff seeing all this no help"

"The pool is the cleanest area of the hotel, water would not drain in the tub while taking a shower. Blankets and sheets were stained and not clean at all, looks like just the beds were made."

"We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the room/beds comfortable. Convenient to shops and the restaurant right next door was a plus. Gorgeous views! Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky. Oh the hot water was pleasantly hot as I love a good hot bath! Highly recommend!"

"The property was magnificent. Our cottage had a perfect layout maximizing a small footprint perfectly so it felt roomy. The pool was clean, water temp was excellent. The outdoor space is all landscaped perfectly. The beach area was set up perfectly for viewing the sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"We only stayed one night but very impressed with the team working here. Nicola helped us with check in questions and a small issue quickly resolved. Laurie serving breakfast shared a room of amazing area knowledge during our time in the breakfast nook. We did not have time to participate in the amenities offered but were impressed to see an offering for a scavenger hunt of the island, rec equipment to check out, a deck with picnic tables, and the pool looked very inviting! "I found it to be great value for the price. Wish I'd had enough time to enjoy the pool and fire pit, both looked very welcoming. The bar has happy hour, staff there are nice. Lots of variety at breakfast (though quality is basic). Nice view outside of the sunset. Wish they splurged a few more cents on better disposable in-room coffee cups/lids (lid fit is flimsy and cup bends - burning hot coffee ended up spilling all over me in the car)."

"Staff was very friendly and personable. Room was very clean. I found the website to be a bit deceptive with the photos and descriptions posted. Rooms may all be water “view” but not all are water “front”. Yes, there’s a view of Asateague Island and the marshes from the docks but you can’t see ponies from there—at least not w/o binoculars. It’s a good distance across that water!"

"While the front desk lady was kind she admitted she didn’t know much about the area when I asked about restaurants. The room was clean but old with no maintenance of the faculty’s age. Railings were loose for example. Needs some TLC"
