"The hotel is basic, our supposed superior room is small, very hot without air conditioning and we had to ask for a fan. There wasn’t a coffeemaker, kettle or a fridge. The breakfast was mediocre with runny scrambled eggs and few choices. For about £300 a night, it is very disappointing.
