Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. "This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. "city transport card not provided until check in at night. It should be emailed a day before check in. Very delay in check in process, waited for 45 minutes to check in. Need more and efficient reception staff to facilitate the visitors. Breakfast was good, filled up quickly with varieties of items available. Room and toilets were clean, well maintained. Room had electric kettle and coffee tea options, liked it. Recommended to everyone. will visit again"
