Found class 3 drug in common area of 2nd floor. They said not their problem...they should have called police
Rather than make it right was offerd a small amount of club points. That means I would have to spend more money in the future to use them. Silly bean counters"

£4 for a refill of poor quality orange at breakfast tell you all you need to know.

"Lovely welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean , seal around the bath needs cleaning as well as the shower glass but otherwise all clean. The corridors need cleaning/sprucing up. The bedroom doors need painting/cleaning. Carpets need a good clean in some places. Food in the bar was lovely and breakfast was good."
"Hair dryer set on fire, and room smelt of smoke.Staff solution was to open a window. Shower was just boiling hot water. Room door lock didn’t always work. Room needed renovation. Would not recommend. Staff didn’t ask about our stay when checking out."
