Thank you for your review. The pool was not usable due to storms that had passed through town one after another in a couple of days. Regarding the laundry, we would have liked to help you figure out what the issue was as other guests used it and had none. Hope to see you again in the future

regarding the water it was a city wide boil order so i apologize for the city but we do offer bottle water for free at front desk . and regarding the pool its a outdoor seasonal pool.
