"Bed extremely uncomfortable - George V Room - I don't think I had a decent night's sleep during my stay! Room wasn't serviced properly on my penultimate day - the bin in the room (but not the one in the bathroom) was emptied and the tea/milk etc topped up, but the bed wasn't made properly. To be fair, one of the housekeeping staff did knock on the door and asked if I needed the room serviced - I said the bed wasn't made and she offered to make it but I told her not to bother.

"We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. The Mill is excellently placed for the City centre, 5 minutes walk & you're in the shopping area.
The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The robes that we paid extra for were not used as they were not soft, but rather hard and well washed. The towels however were great. "La camera era pulita e deliziosa nell'arredamento, con dei tocchi caratteristici e personali che ricordano gli interni di una nave. Materasso immenso, un vero piacere dormirci.
Anche lo stile del ristorante ci è piaciuto molto, e piacevole la passeggiata lungo il fiume per raggiungere la città.
Ci ritornerei."
