"This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. "It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!"

"The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was dirty and had bugs. The first night the lady at the front desk was amazing but the next couple of days had different staff members and they were ok, not very helpful. Each day I had to go to the office to get my room key fixed because it wouldn’t work. We couldn’t watch TV because it didn’t work and the staff was unable to fix it. We had a non smoking room but always smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wouldn’t stay here again!"

"Avoid at all costs. The photos of the room I have seen prior to booking were all a complete lie. The room was dirty, there were bugs popping up frequently, the floorboards were not fully leveled, and there were multiple holes and cracks in the walls. No appliances for food either and the wifi is terrible. There was also no smoke alarm which I believe is a serious violation. You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion."
