Is a safe, quiet and convenient location. Best price in the area, staff was excellent They seem to be improving the property. It was about what I expected for a $50 hotel room.

Didn't go to breakfast, so I can't comment about that. The room was clean, although the bathtub could have used a deep cleaning, and the water pressure wasn't great. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff war very friendly and helpful

Best Western Indian Oak
Wasn’t helped when told about the cold water and no soaps in the rooms bathroom. Took 30 minutes for staff to answer phone Breakfast was limited. A lot of construction.
