"I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable."

I requested a towel and another hairdryer, and it took so long that by the time they brought them, I didn't need them anymore."
