"I stayed 3 nights no one cleaned my room. EVERYTIME I asked they kept saying tomorrow but it never happened. I requested new towels and in order to receive them I had to bring my old towels down in a garbage bag they gave me to put them in first. There was only 1 elevator and everyday I had to get my key reset to get in my room. I will not stay here again. The hallways smell terrible as well."

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one."

"We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus....

"This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent…
Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent."

"This hotel is older and needs some updating. Also the staff are not going to go out of their way to help their customers. "The facility was clean. The beds were actually comfortable! The room was spacious with enough closet and drawers for a longer stay. The mini kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The pool was much needed in the hot days we were there. Now for what everyone REALLY wants to know, the breakfast was amazing!!’ The smoked sausage, eggs, potatoes with bell peppers, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. The variety changed daily but was just a great each day."
