"No elevator is only detractor. I usually don't use one anyway but if you have limited mobility or have a lot of luggage or heavy items it is inconvenient if you're on the second floor. Staff were very friendly."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was clean, breakfast was great. Room service gave us new towels every other day which was perfect. When our boys went to the swim in the pool we just asked the front desk for a couple of towels and they were happy to give them. Definitely recommend and would ..."
