"To the additional issues… the towel’s were never totally replaced. Even though I put the used towels on the floor.
I had to get my keys replaced three times due to them not working. One night after leaving the hospital, my mom and I tried to get in our room the both keys didn ’t work. The next morning I went to the front desk and was told our keys were turned off at noon… but I had...

"John at the front desk was very attentive.
The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great."

"I was checked in by Liam, and he was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the entire check-in process. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed.
Unfortunately, something unexpected came up that required me to leave the same night I checked in. Liam was extremely understanding and helpful during the situation, and he made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely welcomed. His kindness and professionalism really stood out to me,...
