"The rooms are unique and well maintained. It seems to me that the nicer/larger rooms are not available via Expedia, but rather only via their Website. However the standard room itself was great. Very good strong AC in the standard room.
They have beautiful grounds with nice little hikes all around. It was lovely to stay there and be able to hang out on the castle outdoor plaza/patio when the day visitors (for the high tea times) had left."

"My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable.
Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

"Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered.
