Built in the 80s, stuck in the 80s. 3) got to resort only for them not to have our mtn view rm available, moved us to one the next day and comped breakfast 4) the new mtn view rm, had a door that drug and would hardly open, the screen door on the patio would barely open and close, the cabinet under the TV had...

"We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. "This place was probably the worst experience I've ever experienced. It was very dirty and by dirty I mean there was blood stains on the bed and stains on the pillows. There was also used shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower. Elevator was broken so I had to use the far one at the end, no big except the other elevator had spills on the floor and was very dirty."

"The hotel and room were clean and it has included breakfast in the stay. The location is convenient for going to Manitou Springs on the free 33 bus route, you can walk down the road to catch the bus. The wifi was a little weak though."

PLUS, you could see through the bottom of the entry door Nice shower. Bed was squeaky and not the best mattress. But owner was super nice. I would stay there again."
