Due to security concerns, the guest allows accessing the balcony by request. However, you requested for a different room with a terrace, which is not the room that you had booked and it is the higher room type. Thus, there is a difference in the price needed for a room upgrade. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar is required advanced reservation. We wish these would clarify your concerns.
