My family very much enjoyed their stay at the Ping Nakara. All expectations were realized. Character and Thai spirit was abundant.

This is a very beautiful colonial style hotel. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and in a delightful outdoor setting by the lovely pool. They also had a garden cafe a 5 minute walk from the hotel on the river. We ate a late lunch there several times - their Thai ice teas were super. We would definitely stay there again.

Personnel aux petits soins. Les chambres sont superbes. L’option de transport depuis l’hotel vers le centre historique en vieille Mercedes est un super moment.

We had a wonderful experience with Ping Nakara management and team members. Everyone was wonderful . We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. But they did everything they could to help us check in early without extra charge. During the time we were there everyone helped us with any requests. Would recommend Ping Nakara to anybody. If we ever come back we definitely stay at Ping Nakara again.

We feel that this boutique hotel is ideal for couples, whilst it is situated in relatively quiet area it is a short walk to a river cruise as well as a really large night market with over a hundred food and clothing stalls. There are ample restaurants within an easy walk, it's only 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and 5 minutes from the old city by tuk tuk. The staff here are amazing, they are warm and friendly and really go out of there way to care for their guest's. The hotel has that old colonial feel, it has a lovely pool and serves a very good breakfast. Mr Noom works the tour desk and can not only take you on a tour, he can advise you on a tour that suits your tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would gladly stay here again. We even got taken for drive in the 1966 Mercedes.

Great boutique hotel in Chiang Mai
Great place to stay, beautiful house , great staff and nice breakfast, but in a distance not walkable into town.

Wonderful boutique hotel in colonial planter style
A wonderful boutique hotel in colonial planter style. Located very conveniently to some larger hotels and independent restaurants, but the highlights are within the hotel: the pool, library-bar, breakfast terrace, delightful spa, and the rooms themselves. The hotel car is a beautifully maintained Mercedes 220 and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Literally everything. From start to finish the staff at Ping Nakara was outstanding. They really take care of you and provide a ton of comped services. I would recommend to anyone but particularly for couples. Very elegant and romantic with so much class I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A wonderful gem filled with a colonial air of teak and art - no restaurant for dinner was not as big of a problem as thought as easy places nearby and felt like a guest in a lovely home. Would stay again

The hotel is fairly new, but was built in the colonial style, giving it a unique character. The staff is well trained and attentive, and the Thai massage is the best I had anywhere in Thailand. The area is quiet, and the greenery around the pool/dining area makes it feel like a little oasis. I highly recommend this place ! Gabrielle Korell

A beautiful old colonial hotel in impeccable condition, room spacious with late en suite bathroom, free mini-bar, excellent staff and delicious included breakfast with both Thai and American options both from a menu and buffet. There is also a free car service for the area. They took us to pick up our train tickets the day before. The service is impeccable! There is an infinitely pool and a cozy library with many art and travel books and we had a well-made cocktail during their 2-for1 Happy Hour! We highly recommend this hotel!

Must stay
Truly amazing hotel, old cars that the staff will drive you in and around town for free. They will bend over backwards for you plus organise trips. The in room jacuzzi was incredible and the whole experience was just luxurious

A beautiful oasis of charm
Fabulous hotel; beautiful with a lovely pool and great spacious rooms. They gave us connecting rooms so the children could have their own space. Very friendly staff and a great location that is quiet but also close to the old town. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautiful and breakfast was to die for. Will definitely be back.
