We do apologize for any of your inconvenience cause during your stay. Our bar is open daily at the restaurant terrace but for the pool bar we service by on call order and the pool bar is closed at 17.00 pm to avoid any disturbance noise to rooms around the bar. Regarding to English TV Channel pro grams that you are missed with this service, We have to apologize that our staff did not inform you well enough for our smart tv facility in the room. The TV is connected to the internet for supporting any online entertainments i.e. youtube, netflix and INFOSAT android TV box which has a variety international channels such as CNN, BBC or CNA. We do sorry for our miscommunication and cause you feel that we are not good value for money.
