"I was really happy with my stay. The staff were excellent in attending to check in, daily cleaning, and check out. Very friendly and welcoming. My room 101 was quite large with balcony overlooking the Melia Gardens and was very well priced given the great location. You must check out Lazy Lemon Breakfast Club when staying here given the outstanding breakfasts and lunches! I will return to the Chiang Mai Mansion. "

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The kids loved the climbing board. The staff had gone out completely out of their way to help us. We were waiting for our shuttle and there was some miscommunication between the shuttle pick up time. One of the staff went out looking for us in the city twice and found us. We were so touched of their efforts. They helped us to store and load the luggage into our transport. We highly recommend them and would stay again anytime. They were 5 mins...

"The staff were just so welcoming and lovely. Every single member of staff made sure you had a perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful - the rooms and restaurant are spotless. Our room had a great view across the city to the mountains with incredible sunsets. The food (all vegan) was delicious- breakfasts had so many options. Everything was presented really well too. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "
