This influenced us coming here. When we came to check in, they asked us to come back in an hour.
This was a first for us in Thailand. We came back and there was no one to help with the bags.
Another first. The room is very nice, but the bathroom is very small. After our second night, the bathroom smelled like an open sewer. They came checked it out and asked us if we wanted to move rooms. When we moved to the new room, they had to fix the door because it would not lock. In the reviews, people said the internet was good.
My hotspot from my phone is faster. Down load speed was 19.6 and there is no password security.

They are under staffed. The best thing about this hotel were they people that worked there. They were very nice but need help. These are the people that were outstanding, N. Bow, N. Time, and Anne the 10th floor maid. We talked with the manager and he apologized and told us that he would relay this info up to the management group. He offered us no help to make this better. We will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel at all.
