Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Staff were courteous and respectful. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and quite tasty, We had to leave early for the bus to Alishan so the hotel prepared a whole set of disposable containers and cutlery for us to pack the food to-go. This was my second time staying here I would definitely book it again if I visit next time.

Nice location. It's convenient to go to famous places. The hotel is in the night market but quiet at night. The room has a nice-sized table in the corner for business, which is good. Also, the bathtub and bed are comfortable. Not luxurious, but good enough.

Avoid breakfast if you can

I was forced to book with breakfast on the weekend. Breakfast turned out with many varieties but lacking quality. They are not tasty as they look. The hotel has good drying machines which allowed me to complete laundry in one shot (where most other hotels couldn’t)

Does not feel like a 3-star hotel

The 3-people room who checked into had water dripping from ceiling into one of the beds. Apparently, there is lack of room checking before giving it out to customers. Hotel looks old in general. There is no need to tap in the elevator in order to access hotel floors making it less secure as it is located next to night market.

Everything was almost perfect, except the air conditioning in the room was out of control. The room temperature kept in 18 degrees C, no matter how we selected or changed the controller for the air conditioner. We suffered a freezing night in the room
