"I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!"

"The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room."

"The hotel stay was great. The breakfast was decent no complaints on the breakfast. Parking is free and they had security there to monitor the area. I would definitely recommend getting a hotel reservation from Hyatt."

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"The room was clean the staff was very defensive. The front desk lady was warning us that all the rooms were filled and they were over booked. She also told me that the 3pm check in is not promised and that we had to wait an unknowing amount of time before our room would be ready . Which is understandable but instead of just informing us she got defensive even though we were not mad about the circumstances.They also were vacuuming the hallways at 10pm on a Saturday night."

"Molar on the bathtub property up by the girls girls didn't work room wasn't what we expected it to be there was a ladder when we walked in the walkway there was a tall ladder part of the tiles were down in the main lobby breakfast had a lot to be desired we stayed there before we had a living room this time we just had two beds and a TV and a little portable refrigerator instead of a full size refrigerator it was all just a joke there was no shampoo in the bathroom won't be staying there again"

"Will continue to stay at his location with great staff and amenities. This particular was off with renovations going on in hotel. HVAC in room would not work properly and assumed it was with ongoing work."
