"The facilities look new and fresh. We appreciated the shuttle to and from airport which was convenient. Breakfast was good. I think I would rate this hotel higher if rooms were cleaned. We stayed 4nights. Rooms were not cleaned in that time. Front desk said we would have it cleaned after 2 nights when we first arrived. But all that was done is the trash was emptied. No bathroom sink, shower, beds or sitting area cleaned. That’s unsanitary to say the least!"

"Staff was friendly and responsive but there were too few of them. No room service unless requested, even towels being refreshed. Parking was confusing. It was not clear that parking garage fees could be charged to the room, which resulted in our paying the garage and then the hotel for the samer time period. Hotel was not helpful in resolving this double-charge."

"Quiet, clean and comfortable, close to the naval base, very convenient., tge 2 beds bedrooms did help a lot"

"As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least"
