I always try to book my stay at this hotel whenever I am in Chicago. The customer service, and rooms are always high quality. The on-site cafe is as added bonus, and the owners always have such delicious food, and outstanding customer service.

Arrived at 10 in morning and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check into a room with no added cost. Free parking was a plus!

Room was a lot bigger and the TV had a lot more channels than most other hotels in this price range. The shower had plenty of water pressure and got hot. Can't argue with free parking at a hotel this close to the city either.

Spectacular Stay for the Cost- FREE Parking a GEM!

Very comfortable, extremely clean rooms and beds. Bathroom was roomy and clean also. Refrigerator a plus, but a microwave would have been ideal! Loved the free parking perk (rare find in Chicago- definitely a plus!). The cafe on site was delicious, and very reasonably priced! Convenient to Convention Center and Chinatown. Loved this stay- would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend

I can highly recommend. This is value for money with free parking and daily room services. I stayed in downtown earlier the year and prices are extremely high with paid parking and no cleaning services in the room as well.

Great staff in a just ok hotel

The hotel was good enough for our trip. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was dated and didn't offer any of the amenities that the website stated. There was no breakfast, no restaurant, or no bar. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was for the amenities.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the staff was super nice. I didn’t catch the names of the ladies that helped us but they were working the night shift. We had a nice chat with them and it’s clear they do a fantastic job. 10/10!

Our room was bigger than we anticipated. Very spacious and a large bathroom soak tub. The front desk clerk, Yolanda, was very professional and pleasant. We were able to visit Chinatown and a few area restaurants with ease. Oh! And the FREE PARKING was a bonus! We would both love to stay here again.

Ok for a quick stay.

We could not tell if the room had been cleaned as the carpet is very old in the bedroom and corridor, it needs to be replaced. The mattress was ok, not the most comfortable bed compared to other hotels of the same price/rating. The staff was very nice.

The hotel is ok but it doesn’t deserve 200$/night, its old and beds aren’t comfy, staff is nice, but you have no services except for the cleaning and its not done properly!!! Hygiene wise the hotel is 5/10!
