I liked how sophisticated the lobby looked but the rooms didn’t match the sophistication. The master lighting didn’t work. Another one of the lamps also didn’t work. Lighting in general was not the best. The AC wasn’t blowing out cold enough air and it was set at 65 degrees. Our towels had stains on them as well.

The construction going on was a bit of a pain to get around. It was a busy time, but the hotel was doing a terrific job at getting things taken care of in all manners. The people are always terrific here!

Place was clean but they did not come clean and do my bed one night. They said they were busy and understaff At 400 dollars a night not my business. Ask for soap cream shampoo. There didn’t have any.

We loved the location! Very close to The Bean and many other Chicago icons! Beautiful room with a balcony around the corner to see all directions!

Balcony views were great! Staff was friendly and the room was a decent size. The only thing I would say needs improvement would be the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom.

I love the convenience of the location of this property to Michigan Ave. and the museums. The quality of the room could be improved. The toilet paper quality is terrible, the quality of the towels and bed linens are three star rated...and should be upgraded! Don't like that there is no carpeting in the hallways. It makes a noisy atmosphere. I asked for bottled water in my room and had to repeatedly ask for it every day....I stayed for a week! I should not have had to keep asking.

Great address in a beautiful building, but the hotel felt like a factory. They don't believe in carpet, so the room felt cold and the hallways were noisy. One is stuck with a "resort fee" at the end. Breakfast options were quite limited. Nice indoor pool and fitness facility, however.

I enjoyed the indoor pool, which was in top-notch condition. It's small, yes, but perfect for early morning or late night laps, and was never crowded.

There were a lot good things to say about this hotel. The location was great, the valet was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We felt extremely safe in this hotel and the amenities were terrific! Our room could have been cleaner. The floors had sticky spots in our room. The bathroom had lots of spots that had never been cleaned, which included our shower. That was honestly the only downside. I wish we would have been able to spend more time there.

We loves how clean this hotel was. Has a great pool and hot tub. Beautiful and elegantly decorated. Beds were perfect. We had a beautiful corner room with beautiful views. Even with it being 2 street sides. The room was quiet at night. We will definitely stay again. All of the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
