Great place to hide

Only bad things was the pillows were thin and the water pressure in the tap for the tub fools you into thinking it'll be a good shower. The pillows were fixed by being a few more. But over all a very nice play to hide for some peace and quiet

Stay somewhere else

Worst experience we've ever had. The first room we were given wasn't even cleaned. It looked like a project room with stiff stuff everywhere. No Internet, had to use from a neighboring hotel, no breakfast, the only thing they had that was advertised was free parking and even then you won't feel comfortable leaving your car overnight. Negative stars if it could be applied

rodeway Joliet Illinois

The room was fairly clean except for a couple of cobwebs in the corners. the bed headboard was falling off the wall and was beinc held up by the phone books. the pillows were flat. the bathroom wasn't clean enought that we felt safe showering there, we requested a roll away bed which we had to ask for twice. when it came it had a urine stained mattress with a huge rip in it. but all the bedding was clean and the carpeting looked new. price was reasonable.

Cheap, you get what you pay for

Pictures looked ok on hotels.com, but was very disappointed when I drove up, I was scared to stay there, but didn't think I could get a refund. Very rundown, would not recommend this to anyone! The only thing decent was the price

ok Hotel

I paid 60, Not worth it for the money i paid. Overall Not Bad. No Break Fast. Blankets on the bed was really old, Movers use these type of blankets on furniture and stuff for moving. Internet was ok. Clock Alarm inside the room was not working, thanks to my cell phone.

Decent for the price if you need a place to sleep

Room was comfortable and had been cleaned, but there was a dirty sock and empty Coke bottle under the bed, and several very visible stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, so it served the purpose since I really just needed a place to sleep and get ready in the morning.

Don't Ever Stay @ Rodeway Inn Joliet!!!!!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been too. No heat in the room. The carpet was dirty the bedside table/nightstand was dirty. And the previous room occupant left a note on the mirror saying they found a condom in the room. Apparently house keeping still didn't clean very well or the note wouldn't have been there for me to see. Wouldn't take my dog here.

Captain Obvious led me to believe the property had breakfast, this was not true. I dont eat breakfast so that did not concern me, but the coffee was very bad. that does concern me!

Dirty, bedbugs, horrible

The room is disgusting, the are mites or bed bugs or something in the that mate me and my son itch. Also they are not friendly and the WI-Fi doesn't work, oh you can see the connections but it's so bad none of my devices would connect. Bottom line I won't ever stay there again not even if it was free.

Not very nice.

Rooms are definitely run down. It was a place to sleep and shower. The beds are ok, pillows definitely needed to be replaced. No water pressure and the whole faucet moved when you tried to turn it on. Could use a lot of work.

Not as advertised

We booked this hotel through Expedia, and the hotel was advertised as having breakfast. There was NO breakfast! The hallway carpet was filthy, and the room carpet was not much better. The furniture was old and should have been replaced. The pillows were too flat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not stay there again.

Rodeway should be ashamed

This is a terrible motel. From the time we walked in the front door there was a strong smell of urine. Floors, walls, carpets were filthy. We asked to look at the room before checking in. The desk clerk coded a key so we could do that but the key did not work. The hallway going to the room stank of urine. We returned to the desk and cancelled our stay at this motel. The health department should be notified of the filth in this place. Rodeway, you should inspect the motel or take your name off the sign. It is disgusting!

This place was just okay. Although it is very cheap, and so my expectations were low, it still failed to meet them in two ways: 1) the desk staff was totally disengaged. No eye contact, no hello, no goodbye, I was just a momentary distraction from whatever website he was surfing. 2) the hotel is not in good shape. That's not to say it was dirty, because it wasn't, but...no remote, water damage, rickety chairs that wouldn't hold my weight, just a very uneasy experience.

Dirty Motel

I didn't expect much for what I paid but this motel is really a pit. The carpets are a dirty. The linens and towels threadbare. Do not stay here. There is a Holiday Inn across the street.
