Congress Plaza Hotel
"My room and bathroom had been renovated and was really nice. The hallways and other parts of the hotel were old and worn. There were a few concerts and a WNBA game going on which caused long lines to check in. I waited on line for 45 minutes."

Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG
"Very comfortable clean room. Excellent bed. Ice machine not working on our floor and staff not really helpful getting ice. Had to go to two other floors before we found ice. Bar closed at 4pm on a Saturday which was weird too. Otherwise it was a good comfortable place with good location."
