"Amazing service all the way around"

"This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is great, but the hotel is a repurposed apartment building and rooms have multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, W/D, balcony. AMAZING. Clean, sleek, updated, perfect. I wish there was one of these in every city in the world."

"Dorothy's place was great for my needs! As a single traveler, I only needed one room for one night. The premises was clean, close to Wrigley Field, and served its purpose. It was also a relatively affordable rate given area hotels. I would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a good stay. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so some areas were inaccessible due to construction, but the staff were friendly and did their best to help as needed. Overall, it's a cute hotel with fun sports-themed art. The gym is completely updated and new, which my sons used, and the bar/restaurant is also nice. Overall, a great stay if you want to be close to Wrigley Field."

"The location of the WIllows Hotel is fantastic. It is in a vibrant part of Chicago, near the lake with many restaurants and cafes and businesses nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself, while charming and old, is also very tired and is in need of renovations to justify the price of a room."

"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. "I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms.
