"What I didn't like was the tiny lamp lights over the bed did not give a steady stream of light. The lamp light kept flickering. They need more variety with the breakfast choices. The trundle bed I had in my room would not open. Also lastly to pay $10 per night was ridiculous!"

"I almost exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn chains when traveling inter-city. This particular one was one of the worser ones I’ve stayed at. Not sure if it’s because we stayed during the Fourth of July weekend but service was terrible. We didn’t have our room cleaned not one day. We called front desk, would request when leaving the room for the day, even kept the DND off the door. Nothing. Front desk super unhelpful and didn’t care. Also same breakfast every single morning. "Mel at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were a huge family group in town for my brother's funeral. She made the checking in problems that some of us had, dissappear. She has a great personal and her customer service was awesome. She should be front desk manager and given a huge raise!"

"We had a comfortable stay and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and it was a great place to rest after a long day of traveling. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. While it was appreciated, there were very limited options compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, so it could definitely be improved.
