"Off the beaten track is this well maintained property, but it’s literally not walkable to anywhere convenient. The lobby is amazing, the staff are super helpful. The grounds are beautiful and even had Alpacas that we could pet. We had the river view suites which was stunning and the in-room jacuzzi was well used, as was the wood fireplace! Super comfortable bed and the toilet even had a separate bidet:). The food was ok but breakfast was plentiful. Given the local elections there was a ban on...

"Definitely every single person who visit Cusco should be staying at this hotel. Everything is amazing, wonderful! I do not have words to describe this place. Food is amazing, super yummy, service is great and the owners are amazing as well. This place is quiet… you can find peace and happiness. People can do yoga and meditation. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are incredible clean . Seriously food is really good, every corner of this place is a dream. Free yummy breakfast was the best!"

"This was such a treasure of a property. The rooms had everything we needed and it was so sweet and intentional to see a little towel for multi purpose use such as dusting off shoes, etc. — the grounds were just lovely and you could feel the love and care from the staff team. Florencio is not only the groundskeeper but he also made us fresh breakfast each day. I was really impressed and plan on coming again if I have the pleasure of stopping in Ollantaytambo on the way to Machu Picchu. Highly...

"I booked and paid for a King room with a balcony several months before our trip. When we arrived we put a room with a sort of balcony, closed in with the diners from the Cafe next door (which they owned) less inches from our room. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. When I initially complained I was told the Cafe shuts at 7pm so there will be no one there after that . To make things worse my card was charged for the room a second time on check in. Once we were settled I found the...
