"It was "somewhat OK" until my last night at the property. At 3am I was disturbed by the noise from the room upstairs, loud music, doors slamming, things being thrown on the floor. I called reception at 3:35am to complain, Reception said they would talk to the people. Quieted down for about 5 minutes and it started up again 5 minutes later. At 3:55am I AGAIN called reception they said they would handle it again. 5 minutes after AGAIN the noise continued. I was flying out the next morning so I said the "hell with it" and stayed awake. The hotel NEEDS to have a policy where if they have to go 2 times to a room, the Police are called and the people are expelled from the property. I guess this is too much to ask for a Latin Country where they all enjoy noise... There were other things that were not ordinary but too long to list. I will say the Staff (daytime male reception staff and bellboys) were Excellent and did their best. The "young lady" who was at reception in the afternoon's was a "little out to lunch" in my opinion. Not a bad hotel, just lacking a lot of professional guidance from management. Question: Would I stay here again ? Probably, probably Not."

"I had a knife stay at cosmos 100 hotel. But a few things were wrong. The safe did not work in my room. They had to bring me another one. The bathroom door did not close. It was stuck, it been warped or something. And the toilet kept running about every ten minutes for about 5 to 6 seconds bet other than that, the staff and everybody is very nice and accommodating. I don't understand why they closed the restaurant to shift from breakfast to lunch. Though. It doesn't make any sense i've been in the restaurant business.My whole life and why you have to close to shift from breakfast to lunch.I don't understand"
