"Our room was clean, well stocked with plenty of the toiletries needed for our stay. The towels and linens were first class and the AC stayed cold like we like it.
My spouse has a travel fan and it decided to stop working. We called the front desk and had another fan within about five minutes.

"We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach.
