"This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and I would return in an instant. The property is extremely modern and luxurious throughout. Bottled water was a very welcome gift in the high temperatures and every room was air conditioned. The location is perfect for the Porta Nuova area of Bergamo and has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transport is easily accessible for Citta Alta and Milan Bergamo Airport. "It is located in the high Bergamo old city. A beautiful family owned city Palace with 4 guestrooms. Authentic and lovely. Breakfast was quite good and they had purchased some gluten free toast and biscuits for us.thry were very friendly and accomodating."

"The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home."

"Nice big room facing back of property so not too noisy.Had cooking facilities with 2 ring hob,microwave,sink and fridge and bakery items arrived in basket outside room.at 730.Ear plugs provided as church bells close by ring from 730 onwards.Bathroom sink was all cracked and could do with replacing and walk in shower could do with being resealed as water leaked all over floor no matter what way turned shower head."
