"The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again,...
"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "

"This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. "The Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well, staying in place of history. "
"When we arrived, we met the owner who informed us that we were getting an upgrade and then were ushered into this unbelievable suite with 700 year old painted walls, beautiful furnishings, and lots of space. We had an issue with the transport to the hotel and the lovely receptionist went out of her way to assist in resolving the issue as well as arranging a taxi to the train station. Best hotel experience ever. Highly recommend. "

The location was the best, a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge, the museums, restaurants, shopping and the train station within 10 minutes.
