"The set up was fine and good , but not quite as expected in that the host doesn't live on the premises. There are a few rooms avaliable across 2 flats on the second floor (with lift) of a block of flats. The rooms are all self- contained with locks. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The host made sure he was there to greet us, show us into the car park and around the property. He was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat. He asked us what we would like to eat for breakfast and...

"Room lacked comfort, wifi was not working and no breakfast to be found, much less free. Tried to check out at reception, particularly given their specific check-out rules, but no one at desk so left key in room hoping for the best. Location was great."

"The Hotel is a little out of town but the walk along the sea front is fine to get to restaurants. The reception staff and all others were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless as were the majority of indoor areas. The pool could do with a bit of an update . It was clean though . The loungers weee not very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and well presented . The only thing to mark it down is the presence of the owner sitting all day long sprawled in the foyer area....
